Loh fokus pengislaman unilateral anak, batal cabar pencelahan MAIPs

Loh Siew Hong tumpu mengetepikan penghakiman Mahkamah Tinggi yang mengisytiharkan pengislaman unilateral anaknya sebagai sah.

Rayuan Loh Siew Hong terhadap keputusan Mahkamah Tinggi memutuskan pengislaman unilateral tiga anaknya sebagai sah akan didengar Mahkamah Rayuan pada 19 Oktober.

Peguamnya A Srimurugan berkata notis pemberhentian difailkan di mahkamah hari ini, dan peguam MAIPs juga telah dimaklumkan. Pada 11 Mei lalu, Hakim Wan Ahmad Farid Wan Salleh menolak permohonan Loh untuk membatalkan pengislaman anaknya itu.
