"I actually keep this a secret. People who just met me don't know what I was like before this. Only friends and schoolmates know. "After SPM, I was not on social media for a long time because that time was supposed to be my 'glow up' period. "I eat a little but often. I also don't take sugary foods and drinks. I haven't had a sweet drink in years. I control my diet in a disciplined way," she said.
